Yeah, that’s Fire Drake. that’s from the Final Fighters of the figure, back when Doomsday was known as Sea Star.
Brickshelf Gallery - Final Fighter. Asian bootleg of 2004 Bionicle line. Despite a Simpsons reference the company really is called Blocko. Alot of the alterations look better than the original designs from Lego. It remains to be seen whether or not they were really produced.
