It looks like he’s the seller, not the manufacturer. So even if the manufacturer was in trouble with Lego that’s not his burden. It’s pretty legal to just sell the sets. You aren’t being forced to get it or even support them for that matter, so why keep bringing that up?

These look very nice; however, I’m very doubtful of the physical parts within the boxes. While I know you can’t sell empty boxes, could we see physical sets in-hand?

I came across this on Ebay. It’s from South Korea.It’s not really a Bionicle bootleg, but the building system and the fact it has minifigures really set it off as a Lego clone.
