I found these exact bootlegs at a dollar store in my town. And for some stupid reason I bought one. It was the Stringer bootleg.

The hands seem to be the glatorian design, but with the stronger CCBS socket. That’ll come in handy since I prefer those to the modern CCBS hands

Considering the quality of KOs in general, I doubt it’s much better, if not worse.

It’s very unlikely, though I have found certain knockoff sets that had comparable if not better durability than the TLG parts. Typically the pieces are specialty ones made of non - ABS materials, such as the HF brain slugs.

I discovered this upon purchasing; or rather, winning, an Aquagon knockoff at a carnival game in Seaside Heights, New Jersey for one dollar. I am absolutely serious.

The quality wasn’t actually too bad; all the parts excepting the pins and Piraka feet have thus far appeared to be very durable, and, though there was a bit of a, uhhh, “noxious” smell emanating from each piece, I soaked them in water overnight and the scent disappeared, with no apparent impact on the quality of the pieces.

The names were the real treat, though; the Aquagon knockoff was named “Ice Skates” and the Frost Beast “Iceberg Blame”. Someone obviously screwed up the translation.

I don’t see how 3 fingers are better than 4.

Trans green furno helmet…

drools uncontrollably

I want

That is not a trans green helmet. The reflection of the plastic packing gives the illusion that it is, though.

my XSZ Grievous knockoff arrived some days ago. considering its fricking HUGE and the build quality is pretty good (apart from the two-axles no loose parts, but you can fix that with pliers) $10 is not too bad a price.
