An entry of the BIONICLE fan film scene that has been no doubt awaited by many. The first part recently released and it did not dissapoint

I absolutely loved every second of this. I can’t wait for the next episodes, I am eagerly awaiting them.
Only thing I can say I was wary of was the inconsistency in the fidelity of the animation, but I wouldn’t say any of the sequences were actually bad.
It felt to me like watching one of those community re-animated movies, where every shot is by a different animator and it really shows off everyone’s personal style. I think that makes this feel like a community celebration, though it might hurt its cohesion as a singular story just a bit.
My favorite shot is the one of the Makuta’s arrival in the village. It might be a bit of a cop-out because it’s computer animation, but the camera movement was just really cool. All in all, the entire thing felt like the Mirimax films.
Especially the music - Essenger never disappoints!

The easter egg of good guy turning into bad guy is a cherry on top 
I’m still holding out hope that good guy 08 will show up in later episodes!
