As I mentioned previously, I’ve been stirring up quite an expansive story universe around the characters I build. Some of them stay close to their original Lego version, whereas others look completely different in my imagination. One such case was Blazer, arguably my favorite of the bunch… So here’s an all-new build that totally looks the part!

Despite being a lot more accurate to how I envision him, this MOC isn’t entirely replacing the original. I’m definitely keeping that one around, he’s one of my favorite builds ever (regardless of how well it represents the character). It’s also interesting to see what my imagination has made out of that original little goober.

Love the new suit! He’s got some good shaping on the torso.

While the original does have a certain charm to it, I really like how this new version is built. His body does proportionally feel a little strange, but, as @DuneToa said, the shaping is great across the board. I particularly like the head; the angled horns give him a lot of personality.

While the men’s style snob in me says “no brown belt/shoes with black suit,” the LEGO MOC appreciator in me says “looks pretty darn good.” Very solid construction, and that head is perfect!
