Agreed, The DFW area has plenty of convention centers where it could be done.
It just doesn’t happen.

Texas? I’m in Australia. Not only that, but Rural Australia. The nearest ‘big’ city is 2 hours away, and is one of the smaller ones. Nothing happens near here. At all.
