Brickonicle: Encounter In the Drifts

!
I decided to try my hand at another Kanohi. This time going for the Akaku.
I’m really happy with the result. So with this newly made Akaku I created this moc. It was designed to be like a 20~ dollar/euro set…

I hadn’t even considered the scarf piece when I was working on the Akaku. It just so happened to fit in studio

I like the use of the snowboard as a shield. I dont remember if they went with that concept when they did brickonicle, but it was one that I loved

I really like the redesign of the different characters!

That scarf! So stinking good!

I really like this concept. There’s so much here, and usually side builds are kind of weird and just there to mark up the piece count, there’s enough to the tower and the flagpole that I want to see an entire landscape with these.

But, ah! That scarf!

Nice!:+1:

Another great example of how creativity and aesthetic can transcend parts lines.

Put this on Lego Ideas. We need proper bionicle system sets. This is great.

It won’t qualify. The moc uses non-existent pieces and they only allow entries that use existing molds
