The Mask of Mutation’s the 1 mask worn by a Makuta to not be considered immoral. It permanently mutates anyone & can be undone only by the user. It can also give & take away powers. Could this mask create Toa Nuva?

Mask of mutation can cure beings from hordika venom and from roodaka but not from energized protodemis mutations. Therefore it can be argued it can’t cause them either.
Base reason being that energized protodermis recreates matter into other things. (Water into fire) instead of changing aspects of it (tree growing new branches)
