Just a painting I did of 2016 Tahu. I really wanted to do a new painting, particularly of one of the 2016 Toa. I had tried to paint 2015 Tahu several times and was never satisfied with it, so I figured painting Tahu and actually finishing him would be appropriate

This is extraordinary, I particularly like the inclusion of those feathers on his shoulders, they give him a real sense of superiority and what not.

I too would like to thank prpldragon for getting your creative juices flowing because holy mother of what dude, this looks amazing. All flaws with the set (like the thighs, textures and colors) are totally fixed in this and the abundance of gold really works here.
10/10 would unite again.
are you going to do any of the other 2016 sets by any chance?
Absolutely beautiful. You took everything I disliked about the set and fixed it. Although itās not the main attraction I really like the sky and background. The lava sparks really sell it.
The Shoulder Pads look kinda of strange but over all it looks Good!
