Alright, let’s do this.
Pros:
chainsaw is a decent idea for a weapon
legs flow nicely
Cons:
First off, the color scheme. Keetorange and yellow don’t mix well already, and here you’ve used them interchangeably. Also, the entire torso is keetorange, which, without another color to break it up, just looks garish.
Next, the asymmetry. Now, asymmetry is good when it helps a character, and I think you tried to go for that tattered armor look here, but it doesn’t really work because the entire thing is two colors. if the right arm and left shoulder pieces had been silver instead of yellow, it probably would’ve worked much better
The left arm. It needs armor. also, the arms are way too short
The chainsaw idea, while nice, is hindered by the huge guard on it. no weapon should have a guard that’s over two thirds the size of the blade. It just makes it look silly. especially when a chainsaw’s usefulness relies on hitting the enemy with the side of the weapon you’ve protected.
Finally, the waist is way too thin.
All in all, you’ve got some good ideas, but the execution is flawed.
Well he wasnt going to have @Calvatron Asymmetry he would have had less armour on one side and two shoulder pads but the black CBBS Arms would have broken it too much and I did only get two Hero Factor 2.0 sets so and most savage planet so i was limited
nice idea and i love the sword but there is way too much yellow, needs more black to break it up
I’d say the two yellows are great to mix and worked well through this moc.
The one arm does need armor, and if you’re out of yellow shells put one of the shells from the other arm onto the left one.

He looks OK. The yellow and Keetorange don’t mix very well, though. Pretty good job. 
Ehhh, honestly not a fan of this, mostly for reasons given above and how thiws overall looks like mata nui and that yellow dude from HF had a love child. I like the many cool concepts, chainsaw sword, asymetry, but my advice would be to check back and fix the more awkward points.
Don’t let yourself get discouraged, keep it up, you’ll get there!
While this is true, I feel that the distribution of the colours are off.
again, this is another great concept that doesn’t work. the guard on the sword makes the chainsaw part useless
