Cusp of a New Era: Stories of a Changing Time(RP Topic)

Nacha releases the belt, returning to his two handed grip leaps toward the Shopkeeper and thrusts aiming for his right shoulder.

She smirked. “Nice move, yerself.” She says, resuming her defensive stance.

The shopkeeper would be hit, screaming in pain as it plunged into his shoulder.

Nacha pulls the blade from his shoulder and rests it by his throat “Yield” he utters.

The shopkeeper grunts, then closes his eyes, falling silent and relaxed.

Nacha reaches into a pocket within his ■■■■■ and produces a small pouch, he then proceeds to create a poultice which he ties onto the shopkeeper’s wound, “keep it clean, and keep it rested” before retrieving his belt and looping through his breeches. He proceeds to head towards an alley where he can rest for the evening.

The shopkeeper walks back to his store, head down in shame.

Ryko nodded.
“I always keep a few potions handy.” He said thoughtfully.
He spun his sword and took up the light stance again.

Sarah began to circle around Ryko, waiting for an opening.

Ryko stood in the same position until Sarah was at a 90 degree angle to him, then he spun around the other way and slashed across.

Sarah ducked down and lunged forwards at a low angle, directly at Ryko’s waist.

Ryko stepped back with one foot, letting the lunge past him while he brought his sword back around.

Asher walked about the city, trying to not appear to be searching for something while searching for something. He was searching for the Mademoiselle.

Haful, after his conversation at the safehouse, had returned to the inn, waiting for any sort of notice about his chef position.

She dives and rolls forwards, out of range, and retakes her defensive stance.

The Mademoiselle would not be seen, but he might see a pale, scared, and dejected Commandant Jacques.

The inkeeper would yell up to the rooms. “Mail for Haful!” She calls.

Ryko hops forwards and stabs.

Haful walked down the stairs.

She moves to the side and tried to catch the blade in her swordbreaker, bringing the other blade up the length of the blade, towards his neck.

Ryko twisted out of the way, bringing his sword back with him.

She tried to catch the twisting Ryko off guard with a slash towards a spot on his back, where any cut would actually just be inconsequential, just in case.

The innkeeper gave the mail to Haful. It didn’t seem to have any return address.

He returned to his room and opened it.
