Looks pretty good, but it kinda just looks like a Hau made of rock. If I were you, I’d add some kind of rust color/texture.

did you use sandpaper for the rough look? or a sandblaster, perhaps?

I just painted it black,then added silver,gunmetal and brown all on top of the other
