There’ve been a lot of BioTubers, not all of them are still around. Some moved on, went to collage or dropped off the face of the earth entirely. This is a topic for discussing them and their reasons for leaving.
I can’t really say much here as the only BioTuber I follow who has dropped out of the game (unofficially) is iBionicle. But I’m not sure if that counts since he occasionally posts videos on his second channel.
He definitely falls under the category of “moved on to college” and doesn’t have time to make videos. A shame too, he never finished his self-moc.
Actually he did, but he’ll never show us.

For the longest time I watched Shadowgear6335, until his friend shutdown his account for his own good 
But who hasn’t seen Shadowgear? Most likely one person on the entire message boards

Anyone here remember Sixshotreviews2? I do, he was perhaps the funniest Biotuber I have ever watched.
I’d agree iBionicle is sort of inactive. Also, anyone familiar with h2o65o? He was a big inspiration to Cacola and me in our early YouTube years.
Anyone seen Spinaxfan4ever? He made the best comedy stop motions IMO.
But then he vanished off the face of the earth in 2010…probably moving to more…important things in life…
Also, Moonwerewolfair…that gal…she knew how to make them Mocs back in the day…but then she made that dreaded goodbye video explaining how she was going to “give up” Bionicle, since she too was also “moving on”…sniff….the feels…
This makes me wonder if all of us will eventually go down that pathway to adulthood… where education, careers, and family life will just…force us to put all these childhood memories to the side…since…in the end…our future…our own destinies IRL…are more important than, Bionicle…When we mature, we’ll just see them as nostalgic memories of the past…I cringe as i’m typing this, but it’s true…makes me kinda sad.

I remember there were a few biotubers I used to follow, but I never properly subscribed, having not had a youtube account at the time, and I don’t remember their usernames now.

I don’t actually follow any inactive Biotubers. I’m quite surprised with that…
