Made some pilk today
I can report that it is lesser than the sum of its parts

Sounds odd, was it something you’d make again

I might experiment with a different ratio but I wouldn’t be upset if I never tasted it again

What is pilk?

Pepsi+milk= pilk
I tried it one time, it wasn’t that bad (technically it wasn’t pilk since i used coke instead of pepsi, but it was close enough)

None of these restaurants has diet/zero sugar Dr. Pepper and it’s disappointing. Down with the Coke/Pepsi joint dictatorship

Basically I prefer tea that is usually from markets, such as Red Label Tea, Wagh Bakri or Tapal Danedar Black Tea.

I just tried Dr. Pepper for the first time, got a can as a free gift with purchase at a video game store. It literally tastes like molten gummy bears with extra added sugar. How do people drink this stuff?? :sob:

In all seriousness, I think you’re the only person I’ve ever heard who described Dr. Pepper that way. Usually people say it tastes like cough syrup.

Don’t disrespect cough syrup like that :triumph:

There a lot of people that only drink Dr.Pepper, no other sodas will do. I don’t really have any idea why, I myself don’t dislike it, to me it’s just another flavor of sugar.

I favor it over other sodas but I’m not opposed to alternatives. Also @Bioman the reason it tastes so bad is because you have that European Dr. Pepper. Your government won’t let the manufacturers put nicotine in it so it’s waaay less enjoyable because you never develop a dependency

Pretty sure no version of it contains nicotine. If the US one did they’d have it in the same section as cigarettes and vapes, with a surgeon general’s warning on the sticker.

That was quite obviously a joke (albeit an unfunny one).

That said, there’s still a good chance your Dr. Pepper tastes differently than the one I had, regional differences in soda drinks seem pretty common. I recently discovered that Belgian Fanta looks and tastes differently from the one we have in Germany, it’s a lot paler and less sweet. It’s because of different regulations regarding colorants and other artificial ingredients. I actually think it tasted quite a lot better!

A lot of things taste different in other countries. I once ate a german, he tasted way different fron any American or Mexican I’ve eaten.
