No. The mouth is too narrow for it to be him. It either looks like Chica or another version of Freddy (nightmare freddy’s teeth are more blunt).

This is starting to bug me 
The abrupt and confusing release of FNaF 3 and the surprising first FNaF 4 teaser made me feel uneasy for approximately 1 and a 1/2 to 2 days.

On the subject of the new teaser, I suggested on YouTube that the “FR” text could actually be part of “Fritz Smith”, and then “ER” could be part of a completely different word. The reason I suggested this was because, honestly, Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza/Pizzeria or Fredbear’s Family Diner just seemed to obvious for me. Why would Scott leave out words for no discernible reason? Doesn’t seem necessary. That is, unless he wants to keep us guessing as to whether it’s Fredbear’s or Fazbear’s or whatever.
Still, if you want to remain open-minded, I’m proposing it’s something completely different.
Dude, I cannot wait for the shuckin’ teaser vid. And speaking of releases, this will be the first time I’ve played the game - er, the demo at least - before watching a YouTube Let’s Play. I’m reeeeaaally hyped.

Someone please brighten this image. It’s the puppet, andhe’s obviously integral to the plot. Plus, this is a more likely candidate of the “obvious teaser” for the next game.
