Freedom Planet is an indie platformer created by GalaxyTrail, that is heavily inspired by games like Sonic the Hedgehog, Ristar, and Gunstar Heroes.

Looks interesting enough, but probably not enough to draw me in.

Official site can be found here. The game’s beta is tentatively planned for mid-2017.
I like this game much better when it was on the Sega Genesis and it was called Sonic The Hedgehog.
