Look the Skull spiders needed a better leader, LoSS is cool but no leader so I thought ‘who better to lead an army of spiders then the leader of an army of spiders’.

Nice. A lot of Roodaka reimaginings tend over-sexualize her, so it’s great to see that this one doesn’t have that issue.
I especially like how you’ve done the head. The flow is very nice, each section having a nice shape.
The hips and lower legs are the biggest problems here. The friction adders cause the area to look awkward and gappy, and the although the heels have a great design they do look a bit gappy as well.
Overall this is my favorite MOC from you so far, keep up the good work!

just feel this is a slightly tweaked Roodaka
nothing wrong with it but it doesn’t feel G-2. Maybe if there were more CCBS…

Well short of painting parts and completely taring down the Toa (something I don’t wish to do) this actually uses all the CCBS shells and bones I have in Roodaka’s colours.
That and I figured she looks closer to the G2 sets coming in 2016.

This isn’t really G2 Roodaka ,instead it’s more of an updated Roodaka.

Ok look I’ll just say this again. This uses all the CCBS parts I actually own, it really is an extremely limited system for building. That and there’s been barely any black parts released.
Also is there really a set method to G2 sets? LoSS is practically a G1 build with CCBS shells stuck on it.

I think your design looks nice. Is there any chance you could give us a better look at that torso build? That might help quell some of the detractors.
Ah yes, I will try to do so, though my camera doesn’t like the black.
Though for you and any one else wondering, at the base it is the 2015 gear box.

I was hoping that was the case. 
Does it have the arm-swinging function, too? Or is it there solek solely as a structural piece?
Not as of yet, it is designed to do so I just had trouble finding the particular parts but yes one of the arms can turn while the gear assembly is hidden behind the back plate.

@everyone_else From the photos and the description it should be understandable that when fallen called this MOC “G2 Roodaka,” he meant it as a retooling- he’s using as many of the newer parts he can spare to bring the character into LoSS’ story role. If I may, y’all are getting a bit too hung up on this piece-use thing. She’s a good design, yeah? Please focus on that more than the subjectively-defined G2 advertisement.

Puts my vortixx to shame 
The proportions feel off, either the limbs are too long, or the torso is too short, and the feet are gappy, and I miss the claws of the original design.
Otherwise not bad, a little more ccbs wouldn’t hurt though.

I’ve tried to make a head like that one, but I can’t. How do you keep the eyes in place? are they just stuck there, or what?
Also, it might just be the camera angle, but it looks like she doesn’t have a neck. Great moc, otherwise; and personally, I think that the lack of CCBS is good for her. I mean, the skull spiders look a lot like G1 pieces, with all the detailing and such. Their leader shouldn’t look like a smooth CCBS shell-covered skeleton (yes, that’s the way I feel about most CCBS mocs).
Also, what’s a bloom?
