It can’t open pod-bay doors. That villain is useless.
I think the best movie villain is Darth Vader hands down. He’s a really tall dude in an awesome black suit with an awesome cape, and awesome helmet, and an AWESOME light saber.

Claude Frollo from the Hunchback of Notre Dame. Loved to hate him but he felt so human and able to sympathize with at some parts. Very well fleshed out character. Also this song
