The Devs mentioned it in the Documentary in the H2 collector’s edition. (Yes I still have my original H2 collector’s edition)

Yeah…I subbed to them because of their lore videos, while I was getting into Halo. I have never actually unsubscribed until last night. I hardly watched any of their content, because of the reasons you lined out.

I do enjoy Halo Canon tho.

I got to the Hunter segment when you enter the ship, still cannot get past that.

everything was going fine and dandy, until a stray fual rod blast hit me
then I had to go through another wave of covenant troops cuz lack of checkpoints

When you’re playing Halo 2 or 3 with the Jackal. Snipers, the legendary difficulty is ungodly.

The Halo games were designed for controllers.

Generally I’d expect it to be easier with them.

Although as always the “easiness” argument is nonexistent.

Whatever you are most familiar with is superior.

Halo 2

H2 legendary with the original xbox version was an unholy spawn of a greater demon.

Not for the usual reasons. It just had what became the “iron skull” as a built in feature.

its called the PC master race, they think mouse and keyboard is perfect.
and probably forgot of a little thing consoles use called aim assist.

I play the PC port of halo
Anyways, I do play console shooters so I am fully aware of aim assist
Halo doesn’t have aim assist tho
I’m just more familiar with a mouse/keyboard, but I am able to play well with both
