This is my take on one of the Great Beings, Heremus. Heremus is known to have helped create the Baterra and other weapons, but he is also known to have forged the Mask of Creation and named the Great Spirit Mata Nui.
I unveiled my take on Angonce a little while ago, and his nonstandard color scheme (seen here: Angonce The Builder ) was very well received. I felt I had to give Heremus an equally unique color palette, and I think it turned out nicely.
He carries a great sword, and the first projectile launcher created on Spherus Magna, which would later become the Thornax launcher.
Hope you like him, and as always, please leave thoughts and criticism below!
I was talking with someone about dark red and light blue color schemes a while back. Cool to see one here; I think it’s very fitting for an otherworldly Great Being. The silver armor bit on his torso with the tube is also neat, though I think the silver armor is a bit sporadic - there’s a lot of it on his torso and minimal amounts on his limbs.
@Hawkflight Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment!
I agree the silver is a bit sporadic. I mostly included it to balance out the pistons on his legs, so that those would not be the only silver bits. I exaggerated his chest to include the silver tubes and metru breastplates because I wanted it to convey a very ‘armored’ look, not as part of his actual frame. In practice, it does stick out, and I think perhaps if I swapped out his thigh armor for silver, it might flow together more nicely. Thanks for the ‘otherworldly’ comment, as that is totally the vibe I was trying to achieve!
Now that’s a really good looking figure! The color scheme immediately stood out to me, as Wekua has said above, it can only be described as pleasing to the eye. Overall a really solid and coherent figure, I like it!
@Bioman Thank you very, very much! Although I prefer my design for Angonce, I had more fun with Heremus’ color palette. There’s a lot of potential to the Inika frame, and I’m glad you like it. Thanks for commenting!
