Pretty cool, I would say that there are too many colors. (Red, dark red, silver, grey, black, azure, dark azure, white) Try limiting the colors you use. and the legs are a bit off, they use red as a primary, while everywhere else uses it as a accent.

I like what you’re going for, but I think some things could have been executed better, such as:
-The head
-The one dark red piece on the chest (Not that big of a deal)
-The legs in general
-The upper arms (They look kind of sloppy)
Other then that, it’s not that bad. I think you did a great job on the accent colors.
Keep it up.

Very good! Like a lot of people I think the wings and arms should’ve redesigned and the mask should be changed in some way.

I can’t say I like the head. The colors seem a bit all over and it doesn’t look like she has wings, just blades attached to her hands. A few of the wing-pieces from Vamprah distributed over the arms should fix that. If you don’t have those, I would recommend rebuilding the arms so as to make the Creature of Water fins go more smoothly.
I love the creativity here, the two main colors being red and blue, with white and silver as accents. the legs have too much red and the lower part should probably be blue, and I don’t find the two different shades of blue as distracting as some find it, I think its close enough. And the wings look off in some poses, but I do understand how hard it is to make wings for humanoid figures that also double as arms, (also how does she hold things btw)
Nice Moc over all, and that chest piece comes in normal red, I’m just ignoring the fact of it being dark red for the reason of the red one being rare, so I recommend try getting one off of bricklink.
I love Red and Blue in color schemes, so I’m legally obligated to like this MOC.

I like the MOC’s color scheme. It reminds me of those red white and blue popsicles 
One more thing, It really reminds me of the 08 Makuta because the of the bat-like wings
