This is a breath of fresh air for me.
Too many complicated uber-stylised mocs. This looks like something I would make.
It’s not perfect, but I really like the blank armor plate for a mask.

Ok, I’m gonna be harsh.
The whole thing looks awkward. The legs look bumpy and incomplete, while the torso is a gappy mess. The Matoro armor does not work as a mask, and only serves to make him look worse. leaving the CCBS bones open on the arms is an awful choice, and I honestly don’t know why you’d do that. The upper arms aren’t great either, as those shells aren’t suited for thin characters such as this.

But that doesn’t make sense. If that was what he wanted to say he would say : “Never underestimate a enemies tool” But the saying used makes no sense in that context.
