Can innate telepathy users use telepathy when under the effects of an Iden? Not necessarily Psionics users, but beings with it as a racial ability (not Element) like a Makuta, or Artakha.
If not, would it be inaccessible, or rendered “mentally mute” similarly to how regular speech is rendered mute?
