The Dark Hunter Tracker is somehow mutated. However both his height and head would indicate, that he was a Vortixx priorly. Considering his appearance and connection with Roodaka it would make a perfect sense. So is he a Vortixx.

Tracker is a fan creation, so I would be hesitant to brand him a Vortixx, since that might not have been its creator’s intention.
