This is simply a gift to a cousin of mine her mother told me which kind of build would she like and she said like B.I.S.A. 23’s build
I changed a few thing and modded the vahki lower leg to have ball joints welded to it ill be doing a how to for the heck of it because ima revamp my B.I.S.A 23 so yeah
