Mom get he camera!!! lol but I have actually never seen Lego reply to someone, if I had a company I would hire someone just for like that kinda stuff, like answer people’s questions and stuff on social media so
I MUST KNOW MAKE HUNA’S SHOP FOR THINGS AND STUFF ONLINE!!! lol

LEGO does have community relations managers. They just devote their time to 1 on 1 questions from clients and organised groups, not random YouTube comments.

I’ve had Malukah reply to me on Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube; Peter Hollens reply on YouTube, Meso and Var reply on YouTube, and John Cooper of Skillet reply on twitter, but never LEGO.
