In the thousands of years since the reunification of Spherus Magna, the combined Matoran and Agori civilization gradually evolved, eventually creating things such as M.4.t.4, an artificial intelligence created from the minds of the legendary Toa Nuva. Also simply called “Mata”, the being is unique among Spherus Magnan beings for it’s hexa-mind, capable of drawing from the experience of the Nuva to make decisions. Mata is effectively an pseudo-Toa Nui, but has limited elemental powers. The two crystals on it’s chest house the elemental energy it uses to complete tasks such as welding or carving. For example, Fire and Water is required to weld or forge.
Mata sometimes creates relationships with other beings, even becoming friends with wild Rahi or young Agori. It cannot use Kanohi, but when operating on a single part of it’s hexa-mind, a holographic version of a Kanohi used by the Nuva flashes on their face.
Mata is a naive being, sometimes to it’s own detriment. It’s allowed Dark Hunters and petty crooks trick it on occasion. But Mata can recognize right from wrong, as it becomes a valuable asset to the Order Of Mata Nui, serving at Helryx’s right hand as a sort of liason.
I am really not a fan of the concept. I am expecting something greater than this when I am thinking at a combination of the six Toa.
From what I can tell this is probably a WIP.
The concept itself is pretty interesting though.

Quite honestly, the concept didn’t come to me at first and while I was building it, it slowly pieced together in my head.
The expanded idea is that Mata was made using specific parts of the Nuva’s minds, slowly put together from whatever scraps remained or was willingly given
So wait… Mata has fragments from Toa Nuva’s brains inside?
Yeah, pretty much. Mostly memories or some personality traits, all scrounged up with consent of whatever surviving member was around (either Pohatu or Lewa, dunno).
Are we grouping up a large organization like the Dark Hunters with “petty crooks”. How far they’ve fallen. 
Pretty interesting concept. I don’t know how I feel about having all of their minds though.
Moc is pretty unfinished but concept isn’t interesting.
Not necessarily the full minds, but memories or partial personality traits. I’ve been modifying the MOC recently to give it a sturdier lower body
