Magnorel is the leader of the Huringa, who want to destroy all non-mutants in Urupatu. he’s a mix of a Kikanalo, and a Nuiki (Uira and Veltek’s original species) his arm thing acts like the Wiri bug on Veltek. i guess it’s a species now.
he was started around the same time as Uira.
since i’m a big fan of fallout 4, i kiiinda based his design on a Deathclaw
the arm needed so much support, it needed the extra joints in hi armpit to hold up the scythe xD.
he’s the tallest moc of mine so far, and i love it.
he has a few balancing issues tho, due to his scythe.
i mean, what do you expect, the darn scythe is made using a toa mata body.
