Nice reference to Makuta’s speech in JTO . Though the moc is mediocre at best. There’s nothing really fundamentally wrong with it, but there’s no “WOW” factor that sets it apart

There is nothing special about this guy. He’s mediocre at best.

This… doesn’t seem like anything particularly special. The main build is alright, but what’s that thing on his back? The staff doesn’t seem to fit the rest of him, and the trans-blue claws don’t really fit either. Try using some trans-red/orange pieces instead, and maybe do away with the staff.
Like everyone else has said, the MOC isn’t that special, but the biggest issue that I have with this is that the colour distribution could be better.
The color scheme could use a little more energy, possibly some brighter colors, but the core idea is good- definitely a clever reference to the speech in the Shadow Realm. Your photography is a bit blurry at times; you may want to work on that.
