Listen the eyes are that color because he travels all the time and the elements the his eyes where hit with changed the color after years
that does not make sense
a human being cannot change eye colour from travelling all the time
The “story doesn’t excuse flaw” thing applies here.
While I am personaly not bothered @Whaddon’s point about the eyes not working is valid, and your reasoning doesn’t really excuse that.

I just added them for detail okay and this is my second moc
Only problem I have is the neck construction.
Otherwise, nice work.
Not bad at all for your second MOC, much better than what I could do. 
Also as a side note, some of you guys are sounding pretty harsh. The guy’s new to MOCing and has said limited parts. That’s going to make members stick around for long if you’re going to be kind of rude.
I would definitely change the eye color. The rest ie ok.
