Very nice MOC! I immediately recognized the inspiration from that concept art when I read the title. The two skelly dudes are really well designed, and seem like they could be sold as sets!
I would love to see your take on another one of those skull villains that were never made as sets, the “Skull Berserker”, as I think it would make for a pretty great model.
