Movie/Show Recommendations?

I don’t understand…

Uncle Grandpa is an amazing show with top notch writing, acting, animation, etc. And the plot is very engaging and will keep you on the edge of your seat!

I hope you’re joking.

If not, I pull out the big guns and use the JAPANESE Teedus laugh.

Some of these may or may not have been suggested, but I didn’t see them
TV shows:
Gravity Falls
Avatar the Last Airbender
Star Wars The Clone Wars (It starts out ok, then it increases in quality practically with every episode. The final three season, especially 5/6 are amazing.)
Doctor Who
Movies:
Mission impossible 5: Rogue Nation (the one in theaters)
Ant-man

And… I can’t think of anything else right now. My mind has gone blank.

You are now my favorite person on the boards.

Not sure if anyone has said these yet since I don’t read but:
Samurai Jack, Daria and that 90’s Spider-Man animated series are all pretty great shows.

I don’t know if anyone’s suggested this yet, but the majority of DC Animated Universe shows/movies are extremely well done. Some recommendations would be:

Batman the Animated Series
Justice League/Justice League Unlimited
Batman: Under the Red Hood
Superman: Doomsday (Especially if you aren’t a fan of the big man ;))
Son of Batman
Justice League: Doom
Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox
and finally Batman Year One

Fist of the North Star

You forgot Batman Beyond, which is just as good as any of these.

Too true. =3

A show I watch in my spare time is Person of Interest. It so far has 4 seasons with the upcoming 5th being shortened to 13 episodes. It’s a pretty cool scifi show.

We’ll it’s both great and saddening that I’ve seen most of what y’all have recommended, thanks to all who did by the way.

People need shows to watch

Hey @Nyran, @Vuhii

It’s time to bring more into the cult.

I (along with many others here) would highly reccomend Kamen Rider Gaim (Masked Rider Gaim), a Japanese Tokusatsu (think along the lines of Godzilla, Cloverfield or Pacific Rim). It’s karate bugmen on bikes, and picks up around 11/12 episodes in. And very easy to marathon.

I’ll PM you a link if you want.

is good.
