Could multiple Kanohi Nuva be used at the same time while being shared with others?

Example: Tahu and Kopaka are trapped in an avalanche and they need to escape. Could they share both the powers of the Hau and Pakari Nuva at the same time in order to repel the avalanche and escape?

This was confirmed in the comics. The Toa Nuva used the shared powers of the Kakama Nuva and Miru Nuva to levitate at high speeds and escape a collapsing cavern.
