I remember a lot of the fandom, when this came out, weren’t too big on the guitar track being combined with the wailing vocals, since in the show proper, they were separate
but IDK man
here, they just work so well together.

It’s an underappreciated classic.
One of the best movies ever made, with such an amazing soundtrack.
It’s actually getting a remake… which I am hoping it’ll be good… who knows.

Yeah, that is very true.
But I recently learned that there’s actually an older one! Which is also supposed to be good (And somehow a better chariot scene, somehow.)
But the 1959 version will always be Ben Hur to me.

Yeah, it turns out there’s a second one that delves into Christ’s side of the story.
The trailers feel like for completely different movies.
