Well I mean, it is a prototype Suletu. The designers at LEGO often make custom parts to experiment with concept builds. This often includes cutting parts and gluing them together.
This is usually used more as a “proof of concept” build to show the team what they have in mind as far as what the next wave of sets will be like before going in and actually designing new elements and molds, since that would cost money.
We use to have a ton of prototype Hero Factory images that were basically Frankenstein sets.
Unfortunately all of those were uploaded to Meso’s majhost…rip.
