Nilaya, the Toa from Hell

Tired of this torso design yet? :stuck_out_tongue:

While I don’t have much of a story for her yet, the inspiration here was sort of a Toa with demonic vibes. While she uses my typical torso build, I put some effort into bulking up the armor a bit.

Constructive criticism is welcome!

Looks good, but…
That’s edgy…

My two cents.

The build is nice, but yes, your last two MOCs featured it. The Color-Scheme is Nice and so is the asymmetry in this case, I do like the lower legs even tho they are very simple. What I really do not like however are the way you extended the protector feet…you could have handled that better.

8/10 for me pal.

I’ve been experimenting with different designs at the same scale. I still haven’t managed to design something I like more.

There’s no shame in not knowing.

The moc isn’t bad at all, but there’s nothing really that catches my eye. She’s kinda just… normal. But, the build does look quite solid, so there’s that.

She could slice through Titanium with that edge.

Nice axe.

My only real complaint is the previously mentioned feet extensions.

I am actually a bit tired of it.

I’ll see if I can make something different and better. Unfortunately, I’ve only had failures so far.

Well I wish you luck. It always takes me a long time to design a unique torso that I’m happy with.

That Axe is great.
The color scheme is also pretty great.
But that torso build is getting a bit repetitive now.
And the dragon skull on her shoulder bugs me for some reason.
Those feet extensions are not that groovy.

It is a great female torso build, but you need to try some other builds out as well. Now I know that can be challenging (I have problems in this area as well). And I wish you luck in that.
