I think we can all agree that everyone is entitled to their opinions. They are a fundamental part of our lives next to objectivity.
BUT! Can an opinion be wrong? NO. Because an opinion is based on one’s own feelings and personal preferences (I’m looking at you @Eljay).
An opinion cannot be wrong, BUT (again)! It can be founded on flawed logic and thinking. For example: People saying Red Axles and Blue Pins are completely okay and that it is their opinion. While yes, you can hold the opinion that you feel that RA and BP are okay; saying that they definitively work in color schemes where they do not work is flawed logic (and…well…wrong altogether).
You are basing that on something that relates to your feelings while you should be looking at these things objectively. While I don’t care about RA and BP, I still recognize that they do not work in most color schemes.
And this is what we are here to discuss: Opinions and Flawed Logic. HOWEVER! There are some rules:
- No calling out other people. (you look like an immature kid and I do not want to spread negativity)
- Try to stay objective when analyzing the issue. (There’s a science behind thought processes)
- Try not to argue with each other. (Again, I do not want to spread negativity)
- Please try to stay on topic (Obvious reasons)
