this is a small self moc i made and painted, and ik painting is a uncommon or even “illegal” method, i wanted a black and red styled worn out look and it was the only way to achieve this, there is also 1 custom piece i had to make as it was the only way to connect the head, so again im sorry XD this is the 2nd ever moc iv made so dont be to harsh, but id love some feedback on how i could improve and grow as a MOC’er so yeah thanks !
Concept:
The ideo behind origan is that he is a hybrid of Toa and Bohrok, i know it may not look it but thats what i was going for, he is kind of a anti hero as he fights for both sides and has split personality, He gets his name "Toa of Possession from the Bohrok Side were he can latch his mind on to any of his prey, that is how he got the Hau Nuva mask from Tahu, but when he wore it it became aged and worn, and so did the rest of his Armour so he went into hiding.

Ooooh! He looks really nice! The torso needs some more metru red, though.

That is what it means
so I assume they were red parts you dry brushed with black, to make it look like a wash.
either way, looks nice.

thanks for that i understand know and i sprayed the pieces with a primer and then added painted on the red using a stipple brush and a fine brush

I’d recommend painting the HF fist and the piece that the two Mata-red horns go over. I think it’s the piece for the feet of the good guy from 2008. The hands may need painting, too. Other than that, I looks phenomenal.
torso feels effeminate(dat chest fist), otherwise I guess he’s decent…
