Hm… I would join if I had any motivation to do simple MOCs. Or at least I currently am not motivated to do one. Might change in the future.

However, I still could add something now, but I’m not sure if this MOC fits the guidelines/rules:

  • Harvali is a canon character
  • she’s a little taller than the tallest Protector because of custom torso (one balljoint taller)
  • she probably is something like an engineer (she built a bridge once, at least) - or what would an archaeologist be?

So … Yeah, this MOC would be all I could presently add to this project. The MOC already has a topic, see here.

Ooo, is a Smith or Engineer of Water free? I saw this topic and had a flash of inspiration, building a “mutant” Okotan, a kind of “giant” of sorts. Think the Elephant Man but less tragic. Or Hodor from GoT, but smarter.

I guess I can make an engineer of fire since I already have one made and would just have to add a few things. Unless of course it’s already taken. It might take a little bit to finish it, though.

EDIT: I made another character but I’m not sure what class it would fit in. It’s a captain of the guard, and I can’t figure what makes most sense for it.

I put Harvali in a new class called outlanders. I really like the creativity in the MOC.

@Nitro-Nynrah Nothing mutated. And read the guidelines for size. :imp:

@Lost_Head I signed you up. Could you PM me with an image?

@Omega_Tahu could you give your heroine a name? I really really like your MOC. The effort is visible.

I think I’ll build one when I get the chance

It really is great to me when the Bionicle community takes something underdeveloped, and rather than just complaining about it, tries to fix it on their own.

Fair enough! I was just wondering what sorta stuff could be done outside the lines. I don’t really have any inspiration outside of that, so I’ll bow out for now until I think of something else. I also wasn’t meaning “mutant” in the fantasy sense, more the real-life genetic disorder sense.

Here is my engineer of fire, maru:

she is a brilliant engineer and inventor as well as having an outstanding knowledge of how things work and function. here she is working on a manufacturing robot she invented.

will someone make an earth okotoan?

Like actually making the people of Okoto instead of yelling at LEGO because they didn’t really care about the villagers?

@Nitro-Nynrah Just look at the classes see what you might like.

@Matt I like her and her robot. Interesting build. :+1:

@Asriel I could if you want.

Exactly. We are taking the matter into our own hands rather than sending people angry emails.

So all we need to do is make a MOC for one of the classes?

I’ll see if I can when I have the time.

Yes, you take as much time as you need. The most simple class is Denizen. It requires 20 pieces or more and for further info check the First post with the guidelines.

Just out of curiosity, what if it is less than the minimum but still looks good?

It depends, 20 isn’t that much. Go look at my water denizen. It has 26 pieces it looks normal. Also the denizens just have to look like denizens nothing fancy. If that’s the class your doing then this should be helpful.

Thought the Denizen section was a little bare, so I decided to add Anuwai, Denizen of Ice:

Due to my lack of Protector masks, all I can contribute are Ice characters (unless water or fire are also allowed to use the light blue…?) :frowning:

I’ll look into MOCing one later.

What does “meduim-sized” build mean?

I think the red eye stalk doesn’t look that good. Maybe use one of the uniter’s eye stalks for more consistency… But that’s just my opinion.
