See, here’s the thing: Hasbro would have to convince someone that that Mask was based on Optimus, whereas LEGO could easily say it was based on a knight’s helmet or something (and for all we know it was and this is just people looking for similarities)

Not worth Hasbro’s trouble to sue LEGO for something they might win, that really doesn’t matter much anyway. It’d be like suing LEGO because their theme has humans in it like Transformers does.
