Yeah, I would say the shoulders should be broader.
It looks like you used a five unit long axle, which puts it at the same size as the waist. I would say a seven or eight unit axle would look a bit more natural.

Alternatively, the slim figure sort of goes with her impulsive personality: Just because she LOOKS fragile doesn’t mean she IS fragile.
Also, Kavrin’s shoulders are the same width
Although slightly broader shoulders would fit an athletic figure like herself

armor has to go or atleast be changed, it sticks too much out in my opinion.
Other than that it seems to be pretty good
