“A bit of sketching, a bit of work at the forge, also Kuna needs actual weapons, so that too. Also, I told you people call me ‘Fox’. If you don’t trust me, at least leave me alone so I can concentrate and do my work.”
She shrugs “Yeah. I’m just gonna stay here with Toko.” She smiles “I guess you’ll call me Element.”
OOC: this is probably why she wouldn’t trust Soshi…
IC: “that sounds fun,” remarked Toko.
“Well, sorry, Momma Ursa doesn’t seem to wanna let you come with. I’ll leave Silk with you if you want.”
OOC: What happened to the respectful Lanako?
OOC: Vacuo’s a tough place.
OOC: Yeah, I get that, but she was so nice and respectful when eating at Paul’s. It seems like she just being an @ss to be an @ss.
She turned to Soshi, “can I go?”
“I never said I wouldn’t let her come. I’m coming with so eh.” She looks at Toko “I already said you could.”
OOC: How?
IC: Lanako sighs and just walks to the base with Silk.
OOC: She could have just said, if your mom lets you, instead of the momma ursa quip.
OOC: So using a nickname is being an @$$ to you? Also, it’s a playful quip, how is that being malevolent at all?
OOC: it may just be the voice in my head, but it seemed more like a degrading comment, than a playful quip.
Toko follows joyfully.
Paul finishes sharpening the blade and starts to tinker with the parts of his glaive.
Lanako finds a place to work at the base and sets her stuff down. Silk sits by her as she starts to sketch some ideas.
Soshi follows “Neat. Weapons smith?”
“I dunno. Tinkerer more like. Smiths don’t usually work with electronics and programming.”
Paul looks up and sees them. Well, better get back to my forge. Better equipment there anyway. He thinks as he puts his glaive back together.
Toko watches with amazement.
