He’s a male Vortixx anarchist who is surprisingly smart and devious.

I’m surprised how those thin legs are holding him up, is he top heavy?

He is a little top heavy, and he does fall over once in a while, but his feet are stable and large enough to hold him up.
Edit: it’s also why he usually has a pretty wide stance

I’d put some armor on the exposed shins but this is really cool!

This looks pretty good but I’d say bulk up the legs, they look a little disproportionate to his huge torso.

That’s actually kind of the point, as he’s supposed to be an extreme contrast to his nemesis who is tall and lanky with big legs.

This is such an old post, and I doubt anyone will see this, but I really want to post the story from Smesh’s perspective, and what better place to do it than on his original post? Anywho, I’m with the story (go to bat o’clock hour 12: cauliflower if you need any context):
Smesh was always out of place in Vortixx society. Since male Vortixx were mostly dumb drones only really good for physical labor (and as soldiers), Smesh’s intelligence went completely without acknowledgement. That is, until he met a representative from spaghetti academy. It was tradition in Vortixx culture to send their most intelligent young Vortixx to the academy, who welcomed them in, since some of their most influential alumni were Vortixx. As the representative was being shown around Vortixx society, specifically their labor camps, the representative caught the gaze of Smesh, which was which caught the representative by surprise, as Smesh seemed to be analyzing them, rather than just the usual gawking from the other male Vortixx. When it came time to choose who would go to the academy, the representative chose two Vortixx: a female Vortixx who had been working to get in to spaghetti academy her whole life, and Smesh, a simple mine worker. Everyone was shocked at this decision, and it caused even more uproar than usual, as many candidates had been working their entire lives for this opportunity, and they were all passed up for some male Vortixx miner. Though Smesh was also quite surprised by this outcome, he did not let it show, and of course he accepted the invitation, infuriating the fervent crowd even more. Even Smesh’s family was angry, and they disowned him on the spot, but he didn’t care, he saw his opportunity, and he would not let it escape.
Quickly after arriving at the academy, Smesh realized he was going to need help. Though he was intelligent and a quick learner, he was far behind everyone at the school, since he had never been taught anything back home other than how to mine. Not only that, but every single Vortixx in the school, whether they be student or faculty, was out to get him, viewing him as nothing but a disgrace. So he decided to look for someone to team up with, only to be approached by a slightly older student… a matoran named Colton. Colton saw the way the other Vortixx treated Smesh, and thought he would be a perfect fit with his ideals. Colton saw the school and the systems that kept it in place, and realized how terrible they were. He had been a victim of the rich and powerful, and had decided to take them down from within. Smesh and Colton soon became clear friends, and Smesh was imbued with Colton’s anti-establishment views, as he too felt like victimized by society. Colton also saw the potential of Smesh’s mind, and realized he was likely smarter than any other creature in all of spaghetti academy, even smarter than the up and coming star, “the king”. The two of them decided on a plan, where Smesh would maintain a low profile, downplaying his own abilities, ensuring that he appeared as no threat academically. They made sure that he was always the bottom rung in the school, just barely skating by without being expelled.
This strategy worked, as people began to lay off of Smesh, believing him to be only a threat in combat, but could likely be easily beaten with the correct strategy. Even the other Vortixx stopped targeting him, believing that his invitation had been a mistake. However, his brutality in combat drew the attention of a bat named schnitzel, who invited Smesh to become his body guard. This is what Smesh and Colton had been waiting for, an in with the two most powerful students in the academy. Smesh gladly accepted the offer. Meanwhile, Colton had finally proved intelligent enough to be invited into the king’s inner circle, all he had to do was prove he was a better fighter than Cauliflower. This was the last and only mistake Colton ever made, and it ended with his demise. Smesh ran to his friend Colton after the fight, and right before the life left his body, Colton told Smesh to continue the mission, to liberate the peoples of the world from the tyranny of government, to ensue anarchy as the natural order demanded. Blinded by emotions, Smesh attacked Cauliflower, who had barely broken a sweat against Colton. The two battled for hours, only stopping when they both collapsed from exhaustion. It was one of the only fights in the history of spaghetti academy to be a true stalemate.
after Colton’s death, Smesh truly became a sleeper agent, getting himself deeper and deeper into the trust of Schnitzel, becoming his right-hand man. All the while, he contacted people in the outside world and began expanding his anarchist movement. He masterminded plots to overthrow governments, while cozying up to one of the most vile beings he’s ever met, but he did it all with ease. A year before Smesh graduated, the recruiter who had found Smesh approached him. They had been watching him for all these years, and had discovered Smesh’s plans. The approached Smesh to tell him that the headmaster of spaghetti academy (a mysterious figure who very few people had ever seen) wanted to see him. No one else was to know of this meeting, and Smesh gladly accepted. He had been waiting for this moment. He was finally going to take out his first big target.
And Smesh did try, but the headmaster was leagues ahead of Smesh, having centuries of experience over Smesh, and the attempt was quickly quelled. But instead of killing him, the headmaster only wanted Smesh to work for him, but the offer only stood if Smesh gave up on his anarchist ways. Smesh agreed, albeit very begrudgingly (and knowing full well that the movement he had created could function without him). Now he had to balance three lives: first, as bodyguard to schnitzel; second, as spy for spaghetti academies elites; and third, as the leader of the anarchist movement. Weaker minds may have collapsed under such a task, but Smesh reveled in it. After being one of only four graduates in his class, Smesh continued to follow Schnitzel, as per the instructions from the headmaster. His job was to take out schnitzel if he ever got too ambitious.
Smesh played his parts well, pitting Schnitzel and the headmaster against one another. He even used his inside knowledge (without Schnitzel ever knowing) to help take down the headmaster and putting Schnitzel in his place. Then came the King’s crusade. If it hadn’t been for Smesh, Schnitzel would have been killed when the school finally fell. Then the two of them planned their revenge, all while Smesh continued to direct his anarchist movement. He even implemented his anarchists within Schnitzel’s circle of influence. Finally, after years of plotting and shady deals, Smesh’s plan was coming to fruition. Even though Cauliflower escaped Smesh, he had no fear that Cauliflower would intervene with his machinations any more. As long as there were no kings, or rulers, or governments, Smesh was happy. But there was more work to be done…

Very funky proportions, his body looks like a cross between a beetle and 2015 Onua. Still a fun build though, his head is nifty.
