Well, if you want to get technical. that name was given as a means of acclaim for his service in the Core War. Normally, a Skrall warrior wouldn’t have a given name; thus, it’s unlikely that the 2010 set represents one with any name.

You do realise “brute Skrall” or, by their proper name, Elite-class Skrall, are higher rank? The Stars Skrall is a Soldier-class Skrall, much like the Glatorian wave one, just with a different weapon, no shield and lime green armor rather than red, like Tuma.
The secondary color has little significance in-story, there are countless Skrall that have red or lime secondary armor. It’s nothing unique.
