Storm Beast Revamp

It’s better than to have open ball sockets Imo

Cool

What do you recommend I do to fix it?

Thanks

Sure

Thanks

Thank you

Would it help if I made it the second shortest bone with a tire on it?

Oh okay, I guess I can’t please everyone =P

That would be cool

Well I guess that us mocists don’t have to worry about all the restrictions the the designers do like cost, durability and other things

To see if you’d notice =P

Thanks

I’ll try and make it look better

True dat!
Although I don’t think it was impossible for them to fix the open ball sockets and to give it proper elbows.

Barely anything is different, but the gearbox looks cool.

The torso is redesigned, the arms are redesigned, the legs are redesigned and the tail is redesigned

Thanks…

You added a Technic piece to the forearm.

Hardly a redesign.

I mean looks cool, but I’m not too fond of the new function, it might do the same as it did in the original, but to be frank the gearbox looks boring and takes away a lot of character that SB had.

What would you suggest I do to fix it?

Well, you fixed the open ball-joint issue.

It’s fine for a modification, but IMO the MOC isn’t very revampy.

So your saying I should put it in this topic:

The hands, arms, legs, feet, tail, head, and torso were all changed in ways ranging from minor to major. In other words, literally everything.
Seems like a revamp to me.

SB already had elbows and trans-light blue arms?
I must’ve missed that.

The only thing I’d add is to make the thumbs more possible. I don’t like the range of thumb motion the Set’s thumb has. It doesn’t feel like a real thumb.

I’ll be honest, I think adding the third segment was unnecessary, but do what you want.

no epic cool function -0/10 no stars get him out of here /s

But seriously, this looks really cool, but I miss the original function.

rip 2016-2016.

I’m pretty sure the function has the same effect, just different activation.

It looks the same. The appearance of the set is barely changed. Like, CallanLof’s Toa Mata (ew) are revamps, this is just modifications. Sure, it’s a heavy modification, but it still achieves the same look, so it’s not a revamp.

Meh, the arms are certainly fixed, but I miss the function.

It looks good and you managed to implement the same function in as well!
Nice work!
(was this made out of just storm beast’s parts? or did you add some?)

I can tell that lots of parts were added. Like the gears.

Hardly any of the pieces were from storm beast
