I’d be fine with the TP, if it didn’t make his primary color of blue become just an accent color

There are several reasons:

1. Continuity
2. To cover the star on the Captain America chest add on
3. To hide the fact that he doesn’t have that much blue. I have a very small amount of Mata blue CCBS, since most of it is still on my Batman revamp.
4. Blue is not actually his main color, the trans yellow is. This was done to reflect how much power he had gained from his transformation, like there’s so much electricity that you can see it on and through his armor.

I’ll be redesigning Surge in the near future. I found some glaring plot holes in my script that require a lot of reshoots (plus the fact that the original takes sucked), so expect that at some point.
