I am going to be completely honest: I am not a fan of how you did the female figure in this MOC. It’s way too pronounced and emphasized. The Nuva chest I can deal with, but the Nuva butt? That’s going a little too far. It looks really odd with the super narrow lower body. Also The feet don’t look like feet to me. They remind way too much of Gold Good guy’s feet. I don’t know how to fix that, so I’ll let you decide on that aspect.
I am not against a female figure in a MOC. It is something I have wanted to try for the longest time. But when emphasis on the female form takes priority over the build is when I take issue.

Along with her abnormally thin waist and weird feet.
The butt could’ve worked,but definitely not on this MOC.
It’s still a generic technique and honestly,i think you should’ve tried another design,if you want you MOC to have a butt.
And i still hate the head,but that’s just personal preference anyway.
Overall,i pretty much agree with @ChaoticTempleKnight,i guess.

IDK, legs seem too big for the rest of the MOC.
I’d say either get rid of the Nuva butt, or make the rest of the MOC so large that it’s not as obvious.
E: But aside from the fact that the legs don’t blend well with the rest of the MOC, I like it. I like the legs, and I like everything but the legs, I just don’t like them together.

Despite the ridiculous (and deliberate I’m sure 
) figure of the MOC, it’s built pretty well and your colour distribution is spot on. There are a few issues I have with the MOC, but they’re not what you might think;
The toes seem very boxy with their rectangular cross-section from the front. You may want to look into something more curved there.
The back is quite flat, again could use some kind of curve or projection around the shoulders to match the rest of the MOC, or maybe a “backpack” sort of thing. That’s quite common.
Arm articulation seems to be great, but not exactly the same as a human’s. If you want to keep them thin I suggest trying out some alternative joints like mixel joints or 1x2 plates attached to pinholes or hinge bricks or something. Those pinholes in the forearms are begging for something to be attached there too.
And lastly the chest seems a bit too high up to look natural. I’d suggest lowering it by about 1 stud.

actually I kinda dislike the use of the skull spiders for shins, use them as hips instead.
also remove that chain, its out of place and weird.
id make a comment about the obvious breasts and butt, but you know what

but I dont like the look of when people use nuva boobs, and overlap them, it just looks weird, so plox change that so they dont overlap

no hate from me,
just disappointment, and discomfort.
I dislike this moc, not just for the concept, but the build is meh overall and bad in places like the feet and arms, and the proportions are, to be frank, awful. also the colors are bland, as well as your choice of head.
also, your apparent cockiness of knowing people are going to dislike your moc and saying you’re “not sorry” makes me think you’re just trying to get a reaction out of the boards members at this point.

i mean, its pretty obvy its female, but its bionicle and you cant just eat that booty like groceries (its just wrong). the only thing that needs to change are the size of those groceries, at least make them flow with the rest of the body instead of them jutting out like she stole jugs of milk from Safeway. other wise, nice moc

Everybody’s still trying their hardest to not be sexist but honestly … it’s a bunch of plastic.
I’m certain you get a kick out of this and if that’s what your goal was then I commend you on that.
In terms of the concepts behind the MOC. I understand completely. The over-exaggeration gives the MOC a unique personality (even if some people don’t like that personality)
All in all, it’s a good execution of what you had in mind.
edit: I can’t stop myself from laughing whenever I look at it.
