On the topic, my grandpa recently handed me these books from his childhood (printing dates range from 1952 to 1954). They’re all part of a series revolving around a 12-13 year old boy who is a forest ranger in training.
I’ve already read the one on the left. The language is a little stilted for today’s standards, but it was a nice story! A good change of pace from what I usually read.

I just got these Revenge Of The Sith Anakin and Obi-Wan action figures all boxed and sealed in their original packages. I do not attend to open them and I attend to keep them on display for looks. But here they are:

I think he just might be one of the peak Transforming robots out there. I paid ~$135 for him total, and I think that I still would have gotten my money’s worth at around $200.
Of course, part of the reason I love Blastrain so much is probably because good Transformers whose Alt-Modes are Trains are fairly rare.

I just got the original motion picture score for the first Spider-Man movie from 2002 in the mail today (It’s the instrumental score for the movie, not the various artists soundtrack which doesn’t exist on vinyl to my knowledge).
Anyways, here it is:
I got it because I’ve been listening to some soundtracks of the movies of my childhood and this is one of the scores I’ve really been listening to lately.

I had AotP Solus Prime arrive last night. Normally she would not be special enough for me to make a dedicated post, but I remembered that I had a 3d printed crucible lying around, and then:

I bought Lehvak-Kal and Amazon/Jungle at my local LEGO convention from the same seller I got Lewa Nuva and Lerahk from last year. I also got a currently available set (60400) for slightly less than retail ($9 instead of $10)

I agree it’s pretty great! We just watched it twice in school, it made zero sense to me the first time but after you think about it, it really hits different. Arrival will be a relevant topic for my English final exams next year, I’m looking forward to that.
