erm he never used that shield 
For his coat of arms, it’s not bad, but it doesn’t have enough Tahu-specific details and also includes details that have nothing to do with Tahu, including a striped headband and the Onu-Matoran miners’ head candle. It’s a nice aesthetic, and I’m hoping to see more of the Toa Mata represented in this fashion.

Yeah you’re right; I chose to weight the heraldry rules a bit over the bionicle lore to get the heraldry features in— after all, no Bionicle has a crest or wreath, but they sort of needed to be there. The candle I chose because it’s fire; the MNOG reference was a nice bonus. Glad you like it; I might do more if I find the time. @TheMOCingbird thank you!

I found it to be the most vaguely shield shaped piece that still had some funky Bionicle features but that also wouldn’t look too weird if I smoothed out the center section for the charge to go on.

I agree with the criticisms that Ghid has, but I do think as a crest for maybe Bionicle in general, it’s pretty darn good. Definitely something I have never seen before, and the Bitil shield goes pretty hard as the main shield.

Now this is a really awesome take on Tahu with European culture. I love it. Say can you do this again but with Japanese style Ukiyo-e? I wonder how Tahu would look in Samurai armor.

You very frequently use pen and paper. Why not try staining the paper with a light brushing of coffee? It can produce a similar effect.

It’s a common enough practice that I don’t see why you need Sabretooth to make art for you instead of making it yourself

The nuva symbol into the 5hield is really clever. Text is really small though, hard to read.

You are not wrong, even if I used the matoran alhabet to decode the font the font on the artwork is too small making the writing fell illegible.
