Prologue:
“Takua, where are you going?” questioned Maku.
“Nowhere, just looking for more stories. I’ve been waiting for that Kohlii match, I know you have been too, Maku.” Takua replied.
“Yeah, I guess I have. Have you ever thought about being… being a Toa hero?” Maku asked.
Takua jumped. He’d never been asked this question before. He’d never even thought anything of the concept really.
“No, why?” Takua answered.
“Well, it’s just that the group of us, Tamaru, Taipu, Hafu, Kapura, Kopeke, told me to tell you that we’re leaving.” Maku said slowly.
“Leaving? What do you mean?” Takua spoke.
Maku was hesitant. She didn’t know if she should tell him why they were leaving, or if she should ask him to go with them.
“We’re going on a journey. A journey to see if we can be Heroes. We want you to co–” Maku was cut off.
“Maku!” Taipu panted, “Tamaru’s found a map!”
“What the Gukko Bird is going on?!” Takua yelled.
“You’re coming with us, Chronicler. Coming with us on our Journey!” Taipu replied.
“Taipu, stop!” Maku whispered.
“Sure! As long as I get some stories, I’ll be ready to go” Takua said joyfully.
“Then it’s settled. We’re going now. Let us get to Tamaru, he’s supposedly found a map.” Maku commanded.
Chapter 1: The Great Pursuit
Takua and Maku, along with Taipu, met up with Tamaru. Tamaru explained that the map led to an island named Vyrii (Vee-Ree) Nui.
“Vyrii Nui? Never sound-heard of it, is what I think-said when I saw this map-navigator.” Tamaru said.
“It might be a good place for my Hafu-Originals!” Hafu bragged as he walked towards Tamaru.
“Well this place could lead to rags or riches…” murmured Taipu.
“We’re not in this for riches!” exclaimed Maku.
“Maku, calm down. Taipu’s just trying to say that we’ll either be dead or come out as heroes.” Hafu said as he laughed nervously, “Right? RIGHT?!” he yelled crazily.
Kapura had appeared very slowly, “Remember, going slow is always the fastest way to victory, my dear companions.” He said, trying to enlighten the group.
“Stop, stop it now.” Kopeke had shown up out of thin air. “You told me to meet here to go on a journey, not deal with your petty squabbles. Prepare yourselves, we’re leaving now. I have a contact in Ga-Koro who will sail us there, and will sail us back, if we come out.”

Chapter 2: Sailing to the Island of our Dreams, and Maybe Our Death
“Well, here it is!” Said the matoran. She pointed as he bragged about her boat.
“What’s so special about a little boat. We probably can’t even fit in that thing.” Taipu complained.
“Oh, be quiet Taipu.” Maku retorted, “It’s a beautiful boat.” She complimented.
“It will take 10 widgets to sail from here to this ‘Vyrii Nui’ place you speak of. Luckily I know where it is on my ocean map.” The matoran said happily.
“Hey!” A group of matoran led by a member of the guard had started walking up to the Chronicler’s company.
“Sorry for intruding,” the member of the guard apologized, “I’m Aft. This is Onepu, Ahkmou, Nixie, Makani, and Kylma.”
They all waved.
“Tamaru! This is where you have travel-been?” Makani questioned.
“Yes, Makani. Aren’t you and the band supposed to sound-play tonight?” Tamaru countered.
“I left-ditched them when Aft sent me the message-letter.” Makani answered.
Tamaru laughed, and Takua was arguing with Aft.
“Why are you here?! You should be guarding the village!” Takua yelled, “They could all be dead! You were the only one guarding the village!”
“Calm your rahi, Takua.” Aft calmly retorted, “we heard your conversation about Vyrii Nui. We want to go too.”
Takua went on and on, lecturing the group of matoran.
“If you want to go, then you’ll have to stay safe and stick with us. I know I’m sounding protective, but if somebody dies, I don’t want it to be in vain and alone.” Takua sympathized.
They all decided to go. Giving the boats owner 10 widgets, they all piled onto the boat. The way sailing was treacherous, but they had made it. Rain crashed down on the innocent Matoran, making them rush into a cave.
“It’s too crazy out there! We’ll have to stay here for the night!” Takua tried to yell over the crashing rain and rumbling thunder. Once inside, Takua pulled out a Lightstone, and the group glared at the map of Vyrii Nui.
“There!” said Maku, “It must be some secret area!”
